The recipe states”pour into 8×4 loaf pan”, but the photo is of a beautiful ROUND loaf???????
the original recipe is such … but I did not have a loaf pan
So? What did you use to get the beautiful ROUND loaf?
I had a small, round baking dish
Is the butter salted or unsalted?
Thanks

I’m curious as to why you are showing a round loaf of bread yet your instructions are to cook it in a loaf pan. Can you show a bread that has been completed following your instructions? The bread pictured appears to not be made with coconut flour but with conventional wheat flour. It is important to see what the final product should look like according to your actual recipe and directions, otherwise this post is misleading.
I managed to find the image of bread as it went out … the sadness of the picture is not the best
With 6 whole eggs in this, and only 1/2 cup cocnut flour, how much does this suffer from “eggy taste”? Thanks.
I did not feel much the egg because she got a nice aroma of rosemary and garlic
I found it eggy and similar to cornbread not focaccia bread like the picture.
This did not look anything like the picture when i made it and honestly cant say i enjoyed it either .
If you want a really good keto bread recipe that’s actually made with yeast go on Dr. Berg’s website and or go on YouTube and find the video of him and his wife making bread. I think it’s called the best keto bread or something .
I made it and it is excellent!
It’s a little bit higher in carbs but it really satisfies when you are craving that nice bread texture and flavor
Your picture is definitely more fluffy than mine.
