Top Low Carb Drinks – Keto Recipes :
Thai Iced Tea – Made 2 Ways!
The #1 most consumed beverage in the world is, and has always been, tea! People all over the world have been drinking it for its health benefits and flavor. Thailand is no different. Our time in Asia had gotten us so used to tea readily flowing from every kettle, we continued the tradition when we got back to the States. As much as we enjoy tea, there’s nothing quite like Iced Thai Tea!
Creamy Low Carb Hot Chocolate
We were inspired by the frigid day today and decided to make a creamy, low carb hot chocolate to sip on while we watched Lost on Netflix. It took just about 10 minutes to make and we had fun taking photos of it. Perhaps we’re a bit late with the Christmas decorations but they added a nice winter-y touch to our photos.
Iced coffee – LCHF, Low Carb & Sugar-Free
Very often iced coffees are packed with sugar, sirups or different taste enhancers so the beverage you end up with has nothing to do with coffee really but is more of a milkshake type dessert. It contains very few carbohydrates which makes it suitable for people following a LCHF/keto, low carb or just a sugar-free lifestyle.
Cinnamon Vanilla Latte by Joy Filled Eats
This is the one coffee I can let my coffee loving 7 year old drink with no guilt. The uneven whipped cream in the top photo is because she stole a sip. And when I was done I shared the rest with her.
Coconut Almond Mocha by Beauty and the Foodie
Coconut Almond Mocha is a paleo cafe mocha with “almond joy” candy bar flavors. Grain free and includes a lower carb version. It has become very chilly in the morning, and sometimes you want something warm and a little sweet to start your day. But you could use organic decaf if your making this in the evening for a night time treat.
Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Latte by Ditch the Carbs
Ditch the sugars from the coffee shop lattes, and enjoy a wonderful keto low-carb pumpkin spice latte instead. This creamy pumpkin spiced coffee can be enjoyed HOT or COLD. Did you know that Venti 20 oz pumpkin spice latte bought from a well known coffee chain, can contain a whopping 64g sugar!! Yes, you read that right, that equates to 16 teaspoons!!
Vanilla Ice Cream Keto Coffee Smoothie by Forget Sugar Friday
Imagine drinking a refreshing, chilled smoothie that tastes a lot like vanilla ice cream. Now imagine this smoothie having an awesome coffee kick. Oh, and this smoothie is low in carbs and high in fat, making it the perfect keto fat bomb drink.
Keto Crack Coffee by Forget Sugar Friday

Keto Mojito – Low Carb & Sugar-Free
When watching sugar intake (ketogenic diet or not!), many people often overlook the sugar and calories taken in while drinking. I personally know one friend who spent a good few weeks on keto, proud of how well he was doing, only to realize the tonic water he’d been enjoying was all sugar!
Browned Butter Pumpkin Spice Latte
We have a confession to make: before wondering how to create a healthier version of a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte, we’d never actually tasted one. But for research purposes, we decided we had to try it to understand what all the fuss was about. Starbucks offers a “short” sized cup, presumably for espressos or kids’ drinks so we asked them for a short PSL with all the works. “Make it as basic as you can,” we told the barista.
Eggnog Bulletproof Coffee by Dirty Floor Diaries
I DO wish I could have some eggnog, some sweet, creamy, delicious eggnog. My favorite treat at Starbucks has always been the eggnog latte, but I can’t make that part of my daily diet anymore, so I set out into the kitchen to make something I could drink that would satisfy my longing for a steaming red cup of eggnog and coffee.
These keto drink recipes are amazing! I’ll surely try these someday. Thanks a lot for posting!
